Zip Clip Rize Lockable Automatic Cable Gripper for 5mm

With the Zip Clip Rize cable grippers, you can easily create a steel cable loop and hang objects in a simple and safe manner.

The automatic wire clamps used with the 4mm steel cable are certified for loads up to 300 kg. Thanks to the locking mechanism, which can be tightened with a Phillips screw, the clamp offers additional safety. The Zip Clips are very useful for various applications, such as hanging lamps, in event construction, for store setups, and securing advertising signs.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Lockable Grippers

1. Loosen the M4 lock nut and bolt until the adjustment pin is fully retracted.
2. Thread one end of the steel cable through the zipclip in the direction of the arrow indicated on the clip.
3. Pull enough steel cable through the zipclip so that it can be routed around your attachment point.
4. Bring the end of the steel cable back through the zipclip, ensuring that at least 15 cm of steel cable protrudes.
5. Tighten the M4 lock bolt and nut firmly until the adjustment pin can no longer move.
6. Always verify the correct operation of the zipclip device on the steel cable by pushing the adjustment pin in the opposite direction of the arrows on the side of the device.
