Returns
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days after receipt. The return of the package is at your own expense. Would you rather return your order completely? Then you will receive your entire purchase price back.
Once we have received the goods in good order, you will receive a confirmation within a few working days. Then we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days.
