Step 1. Attach the elongated eye plate; this is child's play thanks to the two countersunk screw holes.

Step 2. Feed the cable through the eye plate.

Step 3. Loop the cable through the object you wish to secure.

Step 4. Attach the two cable eyes to the disc.
